Refund Policy

OSI will authorize a refund in the following circumstances

A misunderstanding between OSI and client as to the nature and scope of the services contracted for.

A clear failure of service, upon presentation to us and verification on OSI of the service failure.

A double billing due to OSI (such as for example, a credit card run and a check receipt for the client in a given month)

An over charge for the services performed.

A failure of OSI to recognize a properly submitted termination notice.
