Yes. Our front desk receives deliveries, process servers, evidence, and client payments during staffed hours, logs them, and notifies you at the email on file right away. Firms with active litigation practices tell us the reliability of that log is the thing they would miss most if they left.

Client conversations happen behind closed doors in private offices and meeting rooms, not on open coworking benches. Mail is handled by staff and scanned to you through the client portal rather than left in an open slot. We do not reveal confidential information about members or their clients to general inquirers or to other members; the only defined exceptions are a request from a publicly recognized bar association or a properly identified law enforcement official.
