12 Years of Heart & Home at OSI: A Message from Mumbi
“Go get ’em, tiger.”
Those were the words our founder Jack Pearce would often send me out with,charging me to step forward and serve with courage and heart. More than encouragement, they became a daily reminder of the culture of mentorship and family that defines OSI.
This March, I am both humbled and proud to celebrate a major milestone: my 12th anniversary at OSI. In a world where business can sometimes feel driven only by the bottom line, my journey has been a powerful reminder that the most meaningful businesses are built on relationships.
Over these twelve years, I have had the privilege of watching so many of you grow from starting with a simple mailing address, to expanding into full offices, building teams, and in some cases, even outgrowing OSI and moving into your own spaces.
And still, the connection remains. Walking alongside you through the ebbs and flows of entrepreneurship has been deeply fulfilling. It has shown me, time and again, that OSI is so much more than a workspace; it is a place where people are supported, seen, and rooted as they grow.
I am incredibly grateful to be part of this journey, honored that you continue to choose OSI, and deeply committed to continuing to serve you with intention, care, and excellence. Here’s to the relationships that have carried us; and the growth still ahead.
