OSI members pay a $14/hr base office rate for any room. Conference room surcharges are added on top: $4/hr for a small meeting room (2–4 people), $8/hr for a large conference room (6–12 people), and $80/hr for the executive boardroom (12–30 people). A regular office has no surcharge — just the $14/hr base rate. Total rates range from $14/hr to $94/hr, which remain highly competitive in downtown Washington DC, where average conference room rentals range from $50 to $200 per hour.
