When you first began working with OSI 20 years ago, what were you hoping to achieve, and how has that journey evolved?
When I joined OSI more than 20 years ago, I was looking for a professional home for my passport and visa business. In this industry, credibility and trust are everything. I needed a space that reflected that. Over time, OSI became more than an office — it became a steady foundation that supported our growth.
